Our name Boba is a family nickname. It represents a dedication to our mutual story. It connects us with the island we call home.

We are inspired by our favorite ingredients that we work with daily, the sea around us and our island way of life.

Our constant quest for fresh seafood reflects change of seasons, different harvest zones of the area and respect that we have for our suppliers.

Our restaurant garden is a rosary of gratitude for fragrances and aromas where each bead has its own name: immortelle, marjoram, oregano, basil, rosemary, mint, tomatoes, pepper, chili pepper, zucchini, parsley, arugula, cucumbers and pomegranate, orange, lemon, olive, fig, mulberry trees…

We have confidence in our cuisine traditional roots and we truly enjoy bringing new exciting elements into it.
